For the past few days, whenever I have had a free moment I have been working on a sort of narrative illustration to depict a lovely few days I had during last week. I wanted to note down the memories in a more interesting way and decided that some sort of visual diary entry would be the best way to do it. Sometimes you have moments/days/weeks/ that you feel are particularly special and deserve to be recorded and last week I had a few days with my boyfriend, friends and family
The deconstruction of architecture is often a wasteful and reckless process. Here I have explored a way in which the most aesthetically valuable parts of an unwanted ornament or building can be salvaged and transformed into something new, to be used in a different situation or environment, in this case perhaps a tile or another piece of interior. Focusing on the visual potential in destroyed or deconstruction materials that we may sometimes overlook.

Aiming to show the transmission between the modest, elegant fashion of the past and the focus on nudity and perfection of the present.
